George Rogers is the founder of Skyline Data Center Advisors and a trusted advisor to institutional investors, operators, and developers across the global data center landscape.
He has led and supported hundreds of millions of dollars in data center transactions—from single-asset deals to multi-campus platforms. His clients include some of the most ambitious AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure companies in the world. Over the years, George has worked on transactions involving most global hyperscalers, along with hundreds of enterprise and colocation customers.
Earlier in his career, George served as Portfolio Manager of Global Asset Management at Digital Realty where he oversaw one of the largest institutional data center portfolios in the world—45 properties totaling more than 6.5 million square feet and $350 million in annual net operating income. The estimated enterprise value of the portfolio exceeded $7 billion.
