While at Digital Realty, George Rogers oversaw the transformation of 3205 Alfred, converting a vacant office building into a 6MW data center. The redevelopment integrated into a larger 10MW campus, enhancing value in the heart of Silicon Valley’s tech ecosystem.
George led the investment approval, underwriting, construction oversight, and ultimate lease-up of the facility. The project was fully leased to Tencent, demonstrating a successful repositioning strategy that combined technical execution with strategic leasing to secure a global hyperscale tenant.
